Fabler Labs ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and your choices. We collect as little as possible.
Information we collect
- Waitlist email: if you join our waitlist, we store the email address you provide so we can send you launch news and offers.
- Order information: when you buy a product, our payment processor (e.g. Stripe or our storefront provider) collects the details needed to complete the purchase, such as your email and payment information. We receive order confirmation details (such as your email and what you purchased) but we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Support messages: if you email us, we keep your message and contact details to respond and provide support.
How we use information
- To deliver products and provide customer support.
- To send you updates you have asked for (waitlist, product news). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, maintain, and improve our products and website.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the business — such as payment processors (e.g. Stripe), our storefront/delivery provider, and our website host (Cloudflare) — and only as needed to provide the Services, or where required by law.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your waitlist email or support records at any time.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by emailing us.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@fablerlabs.com.
Cookies
Our website itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies required for security and to serve the site.
