Fabler Labs sells digital products (downloadable files, templates, and tools). We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with a digital product for any reason, email us at support@fablerlabs.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason, though we always appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

How to request a refund

• Email support@fablerlabs.com from the address used for your order, or include your order/receipt number.
• We aim to reply within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
• Refunds are returned via the original payment processor (e.g. Stripe or our storefront provider) and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Exceptions

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we may decline refund requests that show clear evidence of abuse (for example, requesting a refund after redistributing the files). Free products are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.
